KYD Labs, founded by former Ticketmaster product manager Ahmed Nimale and Flipmass creator David Barrick, aims to give artists and venues greater control over ticket sales, fan data, and revenue, disrupting traditional ticketing models. The platform enables fast ticket purchases via phone number without requiring a crypto wallet, enhancing user experience. After integrating at New York’s Le Poisson Rouge, KYD Labs boosted ticket sales by 30% and significantly raised revenue. The company plans to introduce two token protocols: $KYD for funding venues and tours, and $TIX as a fan loyalty reward. Over the past year, KYD Labs processed $4 million in ticket sales and earned $1 million in revenue, with intentions to expand to over 100 U.S. venues by 2026.
