AI Altcoins Face Bearish Breakdowns as Key Supports Near

Analyst Ali Martinez warned that AI altcoins Venice Token (VVV), OriginTrail (TRAC) and AI Rig Complex (ARC) are showing bearish chart signals, with key support levels at risk. Martinez said VVV could fall to $13 or $11 if it closes a four-hour candle below the roughly $21 neckline of a potential head-and-shoulders pattern. TRAC was trading near $0.36, already below the $0.38 floor of a descending triangle; Martinez identified $0.26 as a possible downside target if the breakdown holds. ARC was near $0.06, where a rejection could send it back toward $0.03. A daily close below that support could expose lower targets of $0.014 and $0.0075. VVV had fallen more than 18% over 30 days, while TRAC was down 9.5% in a week and its daily trading volume had declined about 41% to $6.5 million. ARC gained 44.5% over the week but remained 14.5% lower over the past month. The warning comes amid broader market weakness: Bitcoin recently touched a five-week low of $79,100 before rebounding to about $81,000, and total crypto market capitalisation fell below $2.7 trillion. These AI altcoin levels are technical risk markers, not guaranteed price targets.
Bearish
The news is bearish for the three AI-related tokens because Martinez highlighted potential breakdowns at nearby support levels, and TRAC was already trading below the level he identified. Such technical warnings can prompt short-term traders to reduce exposure, place stop-loss orders or open short positions, potentially amplifying selling if prices confirm a breakdown. VVV’s recent monthly decline and TRAC’s falling volume add to the cautious tone, while ARC’s sharp weekly gain could leave it vulnerable to profit-taking if it fails to hold the mid-range. The implications are not necessarily broad or lasting for the entire crypto market. Chart patterns do not guarantee outcomes, and support breaks can prove false, particularly in volatile, lower-liquidity altcoins. A recovery in Bitcoin and improving overall market sentiment could help these tokens reclaim support and invalidate the bearish setups. Conversely, sustained weakness in Bitcoin and further declines in total market capitalisation could intensify pressure on AI altcoins. In the short term, traders are likely to watch the cited closing levels and trading volume for confirmation; longer-term direction will depend more on wider market conditions and project-specific demand than on a single analyst’s chart analysis.
