Binance Adds Five bStocks Tokens as Margin Collateral

Binance will add five bStocks tokens as eligible collateral across Cross Margin, Unified Account Margin and Unified Account Margin Pro from 12:00 UTC on 28 October 2026. The tokens are BendingSpoons (BSPB), GraniteShares 2x Short SK Hynix ETF (SKDDB), GraniteShares 2x Long SK Hynix ETF (SKUUB), GE Vernova (GEVB) and AppLovin (APPB). Related bStocks trading pairs will also become available for margin trading, but borrowing will not be supported initially. The change expands the use of bStocks tokens on Binance, although it does not directly add borrowing options.

The announcement is primarily a product and collateral update, rather than a change to crypto supply, network fundamentals or monetary policy. Adding five bStocks tokens as margin collateral may make these tokenized equity products more useful to Binance users and could modestly increase activity in the related trading pairs. However, the immediate effect on broader crypto prices and market stability is likely limited. Binance says borrowing will not be supported initially, which also constrains the potential increase in leverage and associated liquidation risk. Similar exchange expansions of supported collateral or trading products can attract short-term attention and improve access, but their market impact tends to depend on actual trading volume and user adoption. Over the longer term, the move may contribute to wider use of tokenized securities within crypto platforms, while remaining dependent on product demand and applicable regulatory conditions.
