Bybit Stock Trading Adds 1,000+ US Stocks and ETFs

Bybit stock trading now offers eligible, KYC-verified users in permitted jurisdictions access to more than 1,000 U.S. stocks and ETFs, including Apple, Nvidia and Tesla. Users can buy whole or fractional shares with USDC, with zero commissions on eligible trades and 24/5 access to U.S. premarket, regular and after-hours sessions. Trading hours and availability vary by security. Bybit stock trading provides economic exposure to the underlying securities, not through synthetic products or derivatives. Alpaca handles execution, clearing, settlement and custody through Bybit’s brokerage infrastructure. Cash dividends are converted to USDC, while stock dividends and splits are reflected in holdings; shareholder voting rights are planned for a later phase. The launch expands Bybit’s traditional-asset offerings alongside its crypto products. Access is restricted by jurisdiction, and investors may lose capital.
Neutral
The launch could increase USDC’s use as a settlement currency on Bybit, but it does not materially change USDC’s core stablecoin design or create a clear directional catalyst for its price. In the short term, traders may note the added utility and potential demand for USDC balances, although any effect is likely limited and dependent on adoption. Over the longer term, broader use in traditional-asset trading could support transaction activity, but USDC is designed to maintain a stable value, so increased platform use does not necessarily imply price appreciation. The announcement itself also provides no evidence of a change in USDC’s peg, liquidity or reserve conditions; therefore, the expected price impact on USDC is neutral.
