Humanity Wallet Moves $4.91M in H Tokens to Bybit
A wallet suspected of being linked to the Humanity team transferred 70 million H tokens, worth about $4.91 million, to Bybit, according to Arkham. The Humanity wallet received 2.77 billion H tokens from the project 109 days ago and still holds more than 2.6 billion H. It had previously sent more than $5.35 million worth of H to Sablier. This is the wallet’s first known deposit to a centralised exchange. With H trading largely sideways over the past week, the transfer could increase short-term volatility and raise concerns about potential selling pressure. Traders should monitor Bybit inflows, H exchange balances and any follow-up transfers from the wallet.
Bearish
The immediate market signal is bearish because a wallet suspected of being linked to the Humanity team moved 70 million H tokens to Bybit, creating a potential source of sell-side liquidity. The transfer is notable because it is the wallet’s first known centralised-exchange deposit and represents about $4.91 million in tokens. If sold, the position could pressure H, particularly while trading activity and price momentum remain subdued. Similar large deposits by team-linked or early-investor wallets have often triggered short-term volatility as traders anticipate token sales, even when no sale is confirmed. However, the bearish assessment is based on risk rather than proof of liquidation. The wallet still holds more than 2.6 billion H, and the transferred amount is relatively small compared with its total holdings. It could also be used for market-making, custody or other operational purposes. In the short term, traders may react defensively, increasing exchange inflows, volume and price swings. In the longer term, sustained transfers or confirmed selling would weaken market confidence, while the absence of further deposits could reduce the impact and leave H driven mainly by broader market conditions and project fundamentals.
