JUMP Token Sale Sets $75M FDV on Legion

Jumper, a cross-chain trading application incubated by Li.Fi, will conduct its JUMP token sale on Legion from 29 September at 13:00 UTC to 2 October at 13:00 UTC. The sale will accept Ethereum-based USDC, target $2 million and cap fundraising at $3 million. JUMP is priced at $0.075, implying a $75 million fully diluted valuation, with 4% of the total supply offered publicly. The latest details add that 50% of purchased JUMP tokens will unlock at the token generation event, while the remainder will vest over four months. The token is expected to launch in the fourth quarter of 2026. Applications are not first-come, first-served and do not guarantee an allocation. Jumper XP, Legion Score and the top 500 waitlist positions may affect priority, while The Republic has reserved up to 5% of the sale for a Valor Points lottery. Jumper said it is separating from Li.Fi but will continue using its cross-chain infrastructure. The platform reports more than $41 billion in cumulative volume, over 100,000 monthly active users and more than 15% of the cross-chain aggregator market. Its products include swaps, yield aggregation and advanced trading tools, with perpetual futures planned. JUMP ownership provides no equity or revenue rights in Jumper or Li.Fi. The sale is unavailable in several jurisdictions, including the United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Russia, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Cuba and sanctioned regions of Ukraine. EU access depends on Legion’s restrictions. Traders should monitor final allocations, launch liquidity, valuation and potential post-TGE selling pressure. The staged unlock may limit immediate supply, but the 50% TGE unlock could increase short-term volatility around the JUMP token launch.
Neutral
The JUMP token sale could generate short-term speculative demand because it sets a clear $0.075 entry price, public fundraising target and launch timeline. Jumper’s reported trading volume, user base and planned product expansion may support longer-term interest in JUMP. However, the sale does not guarantee allocations, and jurisdictional restrictions may reduce participation. The $75 million fully diluted valuation is not supported by disclosed revenue or equity rights, while 50% of purchased tokens will unlock at TGE. That structure could create selling pressure if early buyers seek to realize gains. Liquidity at launch, final allocation sizes and broader market conditions will be key price drivers. As a result, the news may increase attention and volatility but does not provide a sufficiently strong basis for a sustained price increase.
