Kelsier Ventures Wallets Fall From $300M to $2M

Arkham identified more than 1,000 wallets linked to Kelsier Ventures and Hayden Davis in February 2025, holding nearly $300 million in crypto assets, mainly LIBRA tokens. Arkham has now published the full address set, which has expanded to roughly 1,200 wallets. The combined holdings are worth about $2 million, alongside previously identified USDC and SOL withdrawn from LIBRA liquidity pools. The decline does not confirm whether assets were sold, transferred or lost through LIBRA’s price collapse. Kelsier Ventures was closely involved in the launch of LIBRA, which later lost about 95% of its value after reaching a multibillion-dollar market capitalisation. The wallet disclosure gives LIBRA traders more data to monitor, but wallet labels are not proof of wrongdoing. Future transfers from the remaining holdings could affect liquidity, sentiment and short-term volatility.
Neutral
The disclosure is neutral for LIBRA because it provides wallet visibility but does not establish that the remaining assets were sold or transferred. In the short term, traders may react to any movement from the linked wallets, potentially increasing volatility, liquidity concerns and selling pressure. However, the current balance is relatively small compared with the nearly $300 million previously identified, limiting the direct market impact unless large transfers occur. LIBRA’s roughly 95% price decline and the collapse in related holdings remain bearish background factors. Over the longer term, continued monitoring may improve transparency, but the disclosure alone does not create a clear catalyst for a sustained price move.
