Outpoll Adds Perpetual Futures to Its Prediction Market

Outpoll has launched perpetual futures trading, adding derivatives to its prediction market platform. Users can trade event outcomes and futures from one account with a shared balance, including pairing a prediction on a Federal Reserve decision with a position in the SPX500 index. Outpoll perpetual futures cover more than 80 crypto pairs, over 20 stock and index pairs, and four commodity pairs. Contracts are settled in USDT or USDC, have no expiry and offer up to 100x leverage. Tools include cross and isolated margin, hedge mode, multiple order types, TradingView charts, estimated liquidation-price calculations and a public API. The feature is available on Outpoll’s website and Google Play app. Some early users may receive rewards to offset fees or increase position size, subject to platform terms. The integration expands access to leveraged crypto derivatives, but high leverage can amplify losses as well as gains.
Neutral
The launch expands Outpoll’s product offering but does not directly change the fundamentals or supply of any specific cryptocurrency. In the short term, the added perpetual futures and promotional rewards could attract traders and increase platform activity, but this alone does not establish sustained buying pressure for BTC, XMR or other listed assets. In the longer term, shared balances and access to high leverage may support derivatives participation, while also increasing liquidation risk and volatility during sharp price moves. As the news provides no evidence of material token demand or a direct market-wide catalyst, its expected price impact on the mentioned cryptocurrencies is neutral.
