SOL Spot ETFs See Weekly and Daily Outflows

US SOL spot ETFs recorded $24.81 million in net outflows during the trading week of 5–9 October, according to SoSoValue. Bitwise’s BSOL led withdrawals with $20.94 million, while Grayscale’s GSOL saw $3.75 million in outflows. Morgan Stanley’s MSOL attracted $1.77 million in inflows. The latest data showed a smaller net outflow of $1.04 million on 13 October, entirely from BSOL. Despite these withdrawals, SOL spot ETFs held $1.714 billion in net assets—about 2.72% of SOL’s market capitalisation—with cumulative net inflows of $1.581 billion. The repeated outflows point to some short-term caution, but their scale remains modest relative to the funds’ assets and historical inflows.

The weekly outflow of $24.81 million suggests some near-term caution toward SOL-linked investment products, and the additional $1.04 million daily outflow on 13 October indicates that withdrawals continued. Such flows can weigh on sentiment and may add modest short-term selling pressure if they persist. However, the latest daily withdrawal was small relative to the $1.714 billion in ETF net assets, while cumulative inflows remained substantial at $1.581 billion. Morgan Stanley’s MSOL also recorded a weekly inflow, showing that demand was not uniformly negative. On balance, the figures do not establish a strong directional signal for SOL: continued outflows could become more concerning, but a return to inflows or stabilisation would support the view that recent withdrawals are limited profit-taking or repositioning rather than a sustained shift in demand.
