Solana Leads Tokenized Equity Trading, but Share Is Volatile
Solana accounted for 65% of tokenized-equity trading volume on a single day, 85% more than all other blockchain networks combined, according to SolanaFloor. The report also puts global tokenized-equity volume at about $15.6 billion last month. Earlier figures show Solana processed $5.8 billion in decentralised exchange (DEX) tokenized-equity volume in Q2 2026, up 114% from the previous quarter, while year-to-date volume reached $12.4 billion by early October. Raydium handled an estimated 63% to 70% of Solana’s activity, and tokenized-equity supply on the network reached $684 million in mid-September. However, Solana’s share reportedly fell to about 35% in late September as Robinhood Chain took the lead with roughly 39%. The latest single-day figure signals strong Solana activity and growing demand for round-the-clock on-chain stock trading, but no absolute volume is given for that day. The changing market share also means the data does not establish a lasting shift or a direct price catalyst for SOL.
Neutral
The reports indicate rising activity in Solana’s tokenized-equity market, which may support the network’s adoption narrative and attract short-term attention to SOL. However, the 65% share applies to one day and lacks an absolute volume figure, while earlier data shows Solana’s share can fluctuate sharply and face competition from platforms such as Robinhood Chain. Trading activity in tokenized equities does not necessarily translate into sustained demand for SOL or affect its price directly. In the short term, traders may react to the headline, but without confirmation from broader SOL trading volume, liquidity, and price action, the signal is limited. Over the longer term, continued growth in on-chain equities could strengthen Solana’s ecosystem, though competition and changing market share make the price impact uncertain. A neutral classification is therefore appropriate.
