Supra Launches EVM-Compatible MultiVM Testnet, Incentives
Supra has launched its EVM-compatible MultiVM Testnet, enabling developers to build, test and deploy Solidity and Move dApps on a unified chain. This EVM-compatible MultiVM Testnet integrates native oracles, deterministic verifiable randomness (dVRF), automation and cross-chain messaging. SolanaVM support is planned for early 2026, making Supra the first Layer 1 network to run multiple virtual machine environments in parallel. To attract top talent, Supra offers a $1 million public bounty for teams that exceed SupraBTM performance by 15% and a $250,000 grant program funding up to 10 teams with $25,000 each. Selected teams gain full access to the developer stack, including Hardhat, Foundry tooling, unified RPC infrastructure and upcoming VM-to-VM automation features. This initiative underlines Supra’s vision of high-speed, universal Web3 infrastructure and aims to accelerate multi-chain dApp deployment ahead of mainnet integration in early 2026.
Bullish
Supra’s launch of an EVM-compatible MultiVM Testnet, combined with a $1 million bounty and $250,000 in grants, directly incentivizes developer activity and ecosystem growth. In the short term, the performance bounty and grant program should drive immediate interest and testing on the network, boosting developer engagement and on-chain transactions. Over the long term, the parallel support for multiple virtual machines and integrated services (oracles, dVRF, cross-chain messaging) positions Supra as a versatile Layer 1 solution, likely attracting sustained dApp deployment and liquidity. This sustained development momentum and expanding infrastructure toolset create a positive outlook for market adoption and token demand.
