TON Tech Launches Agentic Wallets for Telegram AI Payments

TON Tech launched “Agentic Wallets” on April 28, 2026, introducing an open, non-custodial standard that lets Telegram AI agents hold and spend TON without new user approval on every transaction. Key change: previously, Telegram AI agents were mostly advisory because acting financially on-chain required either full key access or step-by-step confirmations. With Agentic Wallets, each agent gets a dedicated onchain wallet funded by the user. The user retains ownership via their main wallet, can revoke access at any time, and no intermediary custody is used. Operational design: a one-time setup asks the user to create/fund the agent wallet and confirm the scope. After that, routine actions can run autonomously within the balance/budget assigned to the agent.
