On-chain Rewards Update

The Cosmic Elevator release of Vega Protocol introduces locking and vesting for rewards. Rewards, including VEGA staking rewards, will now vest over time at a base rate of 25% per epoch. Users will need to transfer their reward balances from their vested account to their general account in order to withdraw them. The release also introduces reward locking and vesting bonuses, which can be activated through community governance. A new rewards dashboard will be launched in the coming days for more visibility of these reward types and mechanics.
